教会の鐘
pele (bell) + lotu (church). It is installed at several locations on the island together with a stick used for striking, and is sounded to announce the start of church services and communal gatherings. In many cases, it is made by reusing used gas cylinders manufactured in Japan.
pele（鐘）+ lotu（教会）． 島内の数か所に，打ち鳴らすための棒とともに設置されており，教会の礼拝開始や集会を知らせるために鳴らされる，多くは日本製の使用済みガスボンベを再利用したものである．
